  • Returns & Exchanges

    Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, Little Garden Flowers does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Floral products naturally change after leaving our care, and we cannot guarantee proper handling or storage once they reach the recipient.

    We will only process a return or refund if:
    • The arrangement delivered is completely incorrect (wrong size or wrong flower type).
    • A verified fulfillment error occurred on our end.

    Minor variations such as flower substitutions, slight color differences, packaging differences, or alternate vase styles are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are normal and depend on market availability.

    Refunds

    We do not issue refunds for:
    • Personal preference
    • Disliking the design
    • Seasonal or market-based substitutions
    • Slight color or bloom variations
    • Changing your mind after delivery

    Once flowers have been purchased for your arrangement, refunds cannot be issued due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the labor required to create each design.

    We can offer:
    • Store credit
    • A change in delivery date (if flowers have not yet been purchased)

    All refund decisions are at the discretion of Little Garden Flowers.


    Order Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Order changes must be made by speaking directly with a manager during business hours.
    Orders are not considered canceled or rescheduled without written or verbal confirmation.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a $30 service fee.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are not available because flowers and supplies have already been purchased for your order.


    Post-Delivery Responsibility

    Once an order has been delivered to the correct address or picked up in store, Little Garden Flowers is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers.

    This includes issues caused by:
    • Heat or cold exposure
    • Improper handling
    • Lack of water
    • Pets or children
    • Improper transport by the recipient

    For pick-ups, please confirm your arrangement before leaving the store. After pick-up, the product is considered accepted and finalized.

    Customers must ensure all delivery information is accurate.
    Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require a $30 redelivery fee.


    Substitutions

    Fresh flower availability changes daily based on season, weather, and market conditions.
    Because of this, we may need to substitute certain blooms.

    When substitutions are made, we guarantee:
    • Equal or greater value
    • Freshest available flowers
    • A design that maintains the overall aesthetic, style, and color palette of your selection
